AX 2012 Organizational Structure

I understand that the Organizational Structure in AX 2012 has the ability to be reported off of. Can someone tell me if this is true and if so, how this is achieved. Alternatively, if you can point me in the direction of a document that goes over the functionality of this feature, I would greatly appreciate it.
