We are facing some issues with absence management and I was wondering if this is a bug or resulting from wrong configurations.
By design worker can submit absence registration on the portal and managers can approve it either on the portal or the RichClient. It was working beautifully until we rejected one absence registration.
The troble here is that when worker submits absence registration from portal, only HRMAbsenceTable information is transferred to the RichClient, registration ID and worker name for example. Line transactions, absence date, absence code and hours are not transferred.
This happened straight after we reject an absence registration. However, if we submit absence registration via RichClient, it won’t have this issue. Do you ever have the issue before? Do you know how to fix it?
