My AX 2012 is sometimes slow to the point of it is not responding. The thing is this only happens to a couple of users. I am an administrator and never felt it slow. The users are opening AX 2012 from a remote desktop. Any help is appreciated.
Seems to be issue related to network. May be network cable or some other related stuff like bandwidth is causing the problem. If this was problem with AX then all users would have faced the issue.
