First of all, sorry for any inconvenience.

Nevertheless I can’t comment on your troubles unless you’re more specific. Please tell us what the problem is.

Asking in the right forum would help as well - your question clearly isn’t about installation of Dynamics AX or something related, so you’re off-topic here.
