Ax 2009 Virtual Machine Problem

Hai,

When am trying to close my vpc to save state.It showing the follwing Error.please give the solution for this.

**** The virtual machine could not be saved because a hard disk error occurred.

Make sure you have sufficient free space on your physical hard disk and try again******

I expect one Reason,Few days back i export one company data & import to another company.

is it the main Reason? if yes How will delete the .dat file in Ax 2009

Its problem with your hard disk space of your system.(the vpc size may getting increased)

The thing is that .dat files will not be stored in ax. You are only importing the data available in the file into the ax database.(Into a company). if you want - you can delete the company from ax.(Dont delete the DAT comany [:)]
