AX 2009 serives shuts down after click on import

Hi,

ax 2009 services used to stop when I click on Import of AOT,I am not finding any solution for this to fix it.

Kinldy suggest/guide any way so that I can get rid off it.

Hi,

Can you pls tell me which .Net version have you installed and one more thing either you are facing this problem in only client system or for all the system even server?

I am using .NET FRAMEWORK VERSION 3.5, this is happening on both client as well as server.

Kindly provide me the solution since I am not able to get rid off it.

can you look into the event viewer and see if any events are logged during the crash. it may help sometime. Please post the error here too…

Sometimes AX get closed after clicking on LABEL EDITOR while creation of new label,Here is the error:-

Check the appl and kernel version and post those here
