Avoid absence code input in job registration form

Hi everyone,

I am facing a issue with the time registration form.

The issue is to check if it is possible for the system to avoid the message of inputting the absence code when you login and logoff the job registration form. I would like to know if the can system insert “Flex” automatically without asking the user every time you clock in and clock out.
