Hi, I’ve got a business need to push a PDF invoice from Business Central to Sharepoint from where I’ve got a PowerAutomate flow which will take the file and sFTP it to our Magento implementation for customers to have self service….
What’s the easiest way of doing this and are there any pre-built routines to do it?

We did something similar for a client, saved the PDF invoice from BC straight into a SharePoint folder, then let Power Automate pick it up and send via SFTP to Magento. Worked well for us, but if there’s another bug in BC or SharePoint, you might need to check that first. Happy to share the exact steps if you want.

You can use the objects BC has to operate with sharepoint. They are in the Microsoft System Application extension and we’ve used in some projects.
