Dear All I am facing following problems in implementing Authorization in navision 3.6. Can someone help. I have checked the Authorization Required checkbox in Sales and receivable module. 1. I can post new order without getting them Authorized. 2. Evenif i send orders for Authorization, i can still post the orders prior to approval. 3. If i reject a order than it says that “User Setup User Id " does not exist”. 4. How can we enforce the Authorization before posting? Thanx and Regards Rajan Chadha
The code given by navision India is not working properly so u have to make changes according to your client needs.
updated hot fix are available on ftp. Download from ftp. They have rectified in the latest hotfix.

Hi Be careful while using hotfixes from NAvision India. They do rectify one error , which again leads to another error.[:D] So test every thing after the hotfix. Regards Harikesh
