You could run the old DOS version (Navision 3.56) on a Oracle Database as far as I remember - but not MBS Navision (Attain).
I am sure that now that Microsoft own Navision, that one of their high priorities will be to get it running on an Oracle Backend[:D][:D][:D].
Oracle has never been supported by any Navision product, and is safe to say that it never will be. If you run Attain SQL Server version, you can read and write Oracle tables, but you cannot host a full solution on it.
hi It will be great if Navision starts Supporting Oracle Databases. Lots of business houses use Oracle for their in house business solutions. I am sure Microsoft will be thinking over it seriously. Harikesh
