The Attain product came out with the ability to attach external Documents (doc, xls, pdf) to a record, but ONLY (I think…) to Interaction Templates in Relationship Management. Has anyone out there grafted this functionality over to other areas? (Like an Item Card…)

Hi! You might want to check out the Matriks Document Management Add-on. This is not an extension of the Attain storage routine in Relationship Management, but a separate function, and works a bit differently, but it will do the job. www.matriks.com Hope this is of help!
