Are navision support flight managment module or this external nav 2009 r2

Hi guys i have more cares in my company .this cares every month using spare parts

as tires .

my question from which module in navision in nav 2009 r2 i can know what this car or specified car using from spare part

and how much

and how much using from oil

Are there are any module support this from navision

Example

in month January i used from inventory two tires it used by car no 222345

the main activity in company or product that company produce is concrete

meaning this not cycle but this as secondary module
