We are using AX 2012 CU2. We need approval process for RFQ replies before being accepted. But we cannot set any workflow for that. What are other options or workaround for sending the replies to approval.
No out of the box functionality, need to go for customization. In case if you do not have series of approvals, i suggest you to just have a check box against each reply and give the control to the approver. Once the approver checks it then only the reply can be accepted.
