I am trying to change papertray on my printer during printout, but sometimes I get the errormessage Application Error FIN.exe Telling me that the instruction at XXXXXX referenced memory at 000000000 The memory could not be read from Click on OK to terminate the application. Then it quits Navision. The only way to solve it to delete the fin.zup file. Do anyone know what the problem is
First off the bat, What printer driver is installed? It could be a simply thing like creating to a generic printer driver. It is possible that you need to reset the margins of the paper. Try installing a generic printer driver at first and see if that helps. Cheryl Simoneaux
