Today first time we get application crashdowsn with strange error log.
For 3 years we never met this error.

Full CIL, clearing xppIL, restart SQL done.
Is there not found any error in SQL server or Sharepoint server.
When we start AOS service and trying to start WorkFlow tasks, AOS stops and App crashes, so, it is source of crash. How we can solve this problem?
Please, can anyone help?

UPD:
I detected some errors on Sharepoint server, so, 15 minute before we tried to clear sharepoint logs(a lot of space occupation). Dynamics portal not opens.
For example:

I’m sure it is sharepoint causing AX crash, when we not starting WF batch jobs, Dynamics works normally.
