Hi,

How to change the date of posting that is used in ledger for the transaction at the header level of the Invoice approval journal.

I have a scenario where:

a. Invoices are recorded in the month of Sep 2010 in Invoice register

b. Sep month period is closed.

c. Invoices are approved in the month of October.

When I try to approve this invoice, System throws a message a ‘Period is closed’. Now how do I change the header date of the Invoice approval journal.

I am also looking for the same solution.

Hi, there is a button in the invoice approval journal under functions > change voucher date. In the window that opens, enter the new date and click OK to change the posting date of the invoice.
