Any jobs experts able to help?

Hi all,

One of the users has posted some hours against the wrong job. The admin has posted a job journal with a “-” to remove the hours from that job and a “+” against the correct job. This was posted with a type of scheduled an contract.

She has now sent me the following - can anyone advise on how to rectify this please?

Hmmm not sure what has happen and how to put it right but it seems to have posted a minus as for unit cost and positive for total cost?

Help!!

Just ask user what is expected in Unit Cost ???
