An error occurred while processing batch job Close inventory

Hello, and thanks in advance for any help you can offer with this.

I attempted to process the Close Inventory batch job last night, and I received the following error in my Infolog:

“Another closing or adjustment has not finished yet”

I tried to view details of the error in hope it would direct me to the specific closing/adjustment that was causing the error, but I am coming up short. Does anyone have a suggestion of where to start?

One of the inventory close/recalculation is already in process. Probably that closing process got stuck up in between because of some error and now when you are trying to run the close again.

Solution is to go to the inventory closing form, restart the last closing, let it complete and then try again.
