Hi, This is aimed primarily at all those who have worked with Amyuni PDF Converter but if anybody else has input then please do. We have had the developer version of the above product working in a live environment for quite a while now. For the first time, however, it has been installed on a PC using NT4 as opposed to Windows 2000 or XP. When it is used on NT4 the following message appears: ‘This message is for C/AL progammers: Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by GUID={4856F146-7516-11D3-BBE5-D53DCBD65107}1.0:{68B34267-7559-11D3-BBE5-D53DCBD65107}: Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered.’ As I said 2000 and xp work fine just NT4 getting this message. it looks like an unregistered DLL in NT4. But which ???

perhaps there ist something like regsrv32 ???.dll and my experience is that most products for w2k or xp do it a little bit different in nt
“regsvr32 cdintf.dll” will do the trick for You
