I am trying to amend a report in the object designer. I need to run a report which shows me the total of posted credits which have been due to a certain returns code. E.g how many were office errors, how many were defective goods. I thought about using the posted credit memos history list and filtering on the month needed under posting date and then i need to build in a column which will show the return reason code that the credit has been posted to so then i can transfer the information to Excel and play with it there.
I have looked at object designer and started playing with the tool box but getting confused.
