Advise Please

Have a customer using min/max stock levels on products, issue is does not take anticipated demand into account or manuf lead time(although short), so they have large volume of stock sitting around, they want a more JIT method, where they can plan the next week or two and manufacture to meet that?

Just after what people think is best way to set-up?

Then they should use the Lot-For-Lot setup, and not min/max stock level.

That generates supply for the demand within a fixed period of time, setup on the item.
