I wanna bring in all the fields present in a form to the Advanced Filter/Sort.Is it possible? Based on what criteria only particular fields are appearing there? This requirement is to avoid the customer adding field everytime…
Yes it is possible you can achieve it using 2 ways:
Can go to advance filter and add all the fields and save that particular query so that if next you open, can select that query.
If its a list page, can go to corresponding query, under AOT > Query, Find the query and add the range - this range will be your field selection under advance filter.
Once done with addition of ranges under query, Generate incremental CIL and restart the application.
You would achieve it!!
The thing is the customer doesn’t wanna go and add the fields…They want the fields to come when the Advanced Filter button is clicked and the form opens…
Ok, as i said you can go with the second option and add the field in to query range thereafter those fields will automatically appear there.
