Hola!
Hi @Claudia_Contreras_Ve
This is a DEV environment-specific permission issue, not a global account problem.
Why:
Your admin account works in Sandbox and Production, but DEV has different security/role configuration blocking user import.
Solutions:
1. Verify System Administrator Role in DEV
- System Administration → Users → find your admin account
- Confirm “System Administrator” role is assigned in DEV
- Re-assign if needed
2. Check User Import Security Privilege
- System Administration → Security → Security roles → System Administrator
- Verify “User import” privilege is enabled
- Enable if disabled
3. Compare DEV vs. Sandbox Settings
- System Administration → Environment
- Verify DEV security setup matches Sandbox (which works)
- Align configuration
4. Azure AD Sync Configuration
- System Administration → Azure Active Directory applications
- DEV might have different Azure AD settings
- Verify app registration matches other environments
5. Clear User Session Cache
- Sign out from DEV completely
- Clear browser cache
- Sign back in and try import again
Key Point:
DEV’s role/security configuration is the issue. The other environments work fine, so your account has proper global permissions.
