How can we reduce the stock from adjustment bin directly in 2009 version.

Our aim is to implement Item tracking ,for that we need to remove the existing stock.
After making the stock as zero when we do
“Item Journal” - “Functions” - “Calculate Whse. Adjustment”.
some entries came recomending positive and negative adjustments.we reviewed that and posted.
after that again inventory occured for two parts.We again made the inventory as zero.after that when we done Calculate Whse.Adjustment the same lines are generated ,why?.
