Adding Fields(Remarks) in Purchase order Forms

Hi Friends,

I have one Requirement in purchase order form.the requirement is adding Remarks Field in PackingSlip Form.here am adding Remarks fileds like wise (go to purchTable and create new filed as Remarks) and its displays Remarks field in PackingSlip Form…Now am entering the values in Remarks fields like(“10 products remaining in the Gate id”).Now am clicking “OK” buttons means where this value going to insert.

how can i solve this requirements…please anyone give an idea in ax 2009
