adding fields on the sales order

Hi,

I have created a table name-SalesTable and added three fields(Exclusions(Text), DelivoryInstruction(Text), GiftMessage(Text)) and then attached the table to the Salesorder Page(42)(GlobalVariable-Table(Record Type)),and I also added these three fields on the posted sales order page by follow the same procedure. Then I create a new sales order and post the sales order the value entered in these three field in not shown on the posted sales order.How It can be done???

Why didnt you add the 3 fields directly in Sales Header 36 table?
