I would appreciate that you could advise the base/core module to design a module for Property Management whereby the company need to capture the space rent, air-con charges, service charges, utilities charges with monthly recurring / ad hoc billing.[?] I was advised to use the job and resource module but I personally feel that service management would be a better choice.[:D] Please advise.
