ADCS Hung problem. Help !!!

We purchased V3.70 and had a “huge” modifications to it through our Navision consultants. But after we spent so much money on it, we found out the ADCS “hang” all the time that we can not use Navision at all. Our Navision consultants claims that the “fix” will be available soon, but so far they failed to deliver it. We are suffering everyday now. Anyone can offer any solutions ? We need to use “serialized items” and “bin number” in our ADCS. We purchased Navision mainly because it’s Microsoft’s business solution, anyone can email me some contact information that we as end user can directly file complaints to Microsoft ? We desperately need some solutions for this. Anyone can help? 3rd party solutions is ok too. Recently I posted an inquiry about 3.7 and warehouse management/ADCS. We are on 2.6 now and are planning to move to 3.7. We are having non-RF (ADCS) issues with 2.6, but A LOT with pick documents in warehouse management (multiple unit of measure handling seems to be poor in the 2.6 WMS). I received a reply from a person in an NSC which stated basically the same as you…lots of hang issues. He claims that he pushed the issue with Microsloth and a fix is due out early February. I don’t think that helps you much but at least in confirms what your NSC is saying…a fix is on the way.
