Hi all, I’m in a new External Sales role whereby my activities must be recorded in Dynamics AX. At thte moment all the reps are entering their calls into AX and then typing up a completely seperate document with their weekly call details for the Sales Manager.
I have already been able to get most of the report that I am after by clicking on CRM/CRM Area → Activity Details (under Common Forms), and then clicking the Display button on the far right and displaying only the current week (By Week).
However, this report does not include the Description field where we enter in the actual details of what our appointment was for.
Any suggestions here?
