Acquisition Cost must not be negative while doing FA credit memo

Good Morning Guys

I was doing Credit memo for couple of invoices involving several Fixed assets after doing three Credit memo without a problem on the fourth i get this weird error.Anyone encountered or know what this error is for.

Acquisition Cost must not be negative on 12/31/18 for Fixed Asset No. = XYZ in Depreciation Book Code = XYZ.

Unfortunately you have not provided much information exept that you get an error, so it is quite difficult to help you…

I sounds like the total cost on the credit memo is higher than what you originally registered as the acquisition cost = negative.
