Agatha In the accounts schedule you have a Functions button and under this a set-up column layouts function. Here you can specify different column layouts for yuor account schedule. You can also specify comparision period formulas and general formulas (for perscentages and comparisons). Then when printing the accounts schedule, on the options tab, select the column layout you have created, which will then show in the row format previously specified.
