Account Balance Report

I need a get a flat file from Navision that contains the account balances by the following fields.

Account Number

Shortcut dimensions 1-8

Account balances

It is my understanding that Navision must sum all transactions for all of time to render this data. In my experience with other ERP’s this file can be produced using an account balance table within the system instead of using a transaction table. Is there a table that stores the account balances that I can use to produce this file?

Hi,

Take a look at your Chart of Accounts form. Is this something that would capture the information you need? The underlying table is is the G/L account table (ID 15). That may be a good starting point for you
