Access denied error

I get an “Access is denied” error when trying to send customer information as a link by email. I am running Navision 3.70 on a Windows XP machine with SP2 installed. Has anyone heard of this being a problem related to service pack 2? I know there could be problems with SP2 blocking certain programs but that’s with the firewall turned on. These problems are still happening even with the firewall off. Is it in the way Navision is creating the link? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Ab
