How does one set up absence periods, in order to create absence journals (Axapta 3.0 HRM module)? Thanks in advance Matthijs
Hi Matthijs, to be able to create absence journals you have to insert an absence setup code on the employee. Before doing this you have to initiate the absence setup codes. On these you can issue absence intervals (hours, days) and absence periods (weeks, month, calender month). I do not have an Axapta at my desk for the moment, but I believe that you can find the absence setup codes in Human Resource/Setup/Employee/Absence
Furthermore you have to input starting date for absence registration on the employee.
