I get an exception error msg - " TS invoke method call failed due to a communication exception: getManagerHistoryutc()" whenever I select view timeclock menu button in the RETAIL POS interface. I have installed all the pre requisites and I am logging with the id that has set of properties which are given for a manager .
I have been stuck with this. kindly help and enlighten me as to where iam going wrong or if you have faced a similar problem before. Thank you
