Hi Seniors,
Referring to the attached picture:
The Subject [A Picking list (PJRN) Has Been Posted] has been enabled in the Manage alert rules windows,
Overview tab.
And all relevant info has been defined in the General tab:
The issue here is that, the user does not receive any alerts from AX.
*Note: Server Side Configuration
Form>Tutorial_EventProcessor > Started
Basic>Periodic>Batch>Processing:
Alert (OK)
Email (OK)

We have no clue at the mean time, and would like to seek for some opinions and advice from forumers.

I believe some system fields you cannot alert on due to the source/update config. My basic non-techie understanding is that some system set fields are never seen by the alerts system because no one “sets the field” the system does. I suggest you try alternate fields, like the posted user not being blank.

It was a technical error, where by one of created alerts was not clicked/enabled.
