204 can not be picked beacause only 63 available from the inventory

when posting sales order I got this message for the warehouse I am selecting.there is a difference between physical inventory and CW physical inventory.

There is not enough available as per the dimensions set and with CW at the inventory amount to reduce inventory by.

Post screen shots of the on-hand matching dimensions from the sales order.
