We have 2 databases on the same server. a 3.60 and a 3.70. Whenever we approach the 3.70 version the following error appears: “The Server and workstation do not have the same versionnumber” Both sessions are called as shown below: “D:\Progs\Navision\Client370\fin.exe” SERVERNAME=X,ID=G:\Windows%username%370tst.zup “D:\Progs\Navision\Client360\fin.exe” SERVERNAME=X,ID=G:\Windows%username%36prd.zup Any suggestions?
I think that the problem is not the client-, but the server setup. There are lots of comments about two databases on one server in older topics. Use SEARCH … And take a look at the installation manual w1w1ism.pdf on you product-cd, there also is a description on setting up two servers on one machine.
